The experience we propose is about 9 miles long, but it is very easy and confortable for everyone.
You don''t need to be an athlete to do it, you just need to enjoy walking.
It lasts about 5 hours but are provided numerous breaks for rest and refreshment.
The meeting will be in the morning at 8.30 at Monopoli Train Station.
First we will visit this beautiful city, its historic center and the Cathedral of Santa Maria della Madia.
Then we will walk to Polignano a Mare which is just 3 miles to go along a breathtaking cliff.
If the weather allows we can swim in the sandy cove hidden between cliffs.
The tour ends with a guided tour of Polignano and a delicious ice cream.
