Interest
Polignano is a beautiful village overlooking the sea, very picturesque and very beautiful to visit species in the evening because of its intense nightlife, but from a historical-artistic point of view is not to be placed among the most important destinations in Puglia. I usually recommend more than a real guided tour, a simple walk.
Guide service
The guide service requires half a day.

The half-day visit of Polignano a Mare can be combined with visits to Bari, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Monopoli, Putignano, Ostuni, Conversano, Egnazia – Fasano.
Half day itinerary
Our visit starts from the coach parking area near the Stadio di Polignano.
To reach the historic center we follow a road that is a bit long but fortunately beautiful, from where you can enjoy a splendid view of the Polignano cliffs. We then walk through the historic center in search of the most beautiful vantage points in a succession of narrow streets that suddenly open onto balconies overlooking the sea. We leave the historical center, we cross the Lama Monachele bridge called Delle tre arcate, from which we can admire the ancient Roman bridge. On the other side of the city we find the monument to Domenico Modugno that Polignano was born in 1928. Back in the historical center we give ourselves the time of an ice cream; in fact it is said that the one in Polignano is the best in all of Puglia.
