Going up to the main floor we will be greeted by the frescoes that Domenico Carella painted in the 1700s which reflect the taste and fashion of the time when Martina Franca was home to a refined noble court. We will walk along Via Vittorio Emanuele to the end where Piazza Plebiscito will open in front of us, surely among the most beautiful squares in Puglia characterized by a perspective game of scenes and semicircles and arches where the façade of the Colle di San Martino dominates over everything.
