Very disappointing. Often travel agencies and tour operators ask us for a guided tour of Santa Maria di Leuca because the town is quite famous. Let’s clarify one thing: it is an excellent tourist resort, but there is little to visit, only a not very important Sanctuary. Sad in winter. Much better than other less famous locations such as the beautiful (and almost unknown) Galatina. I suggest to enrich the visit with a boat excursion to the sea caves.
