Vieste is a real tourist city, it has always been, since the 70s, when German tourists fell en masse, after a drastic drop in the 90s, Vieste has been discovered today by tourists from Eastern Europe. The greatest attraction is undoubtedly the sea: beautiful beaches, coves to be discovered, crystal clear water and the incredible breathtaking landscapes of the Gargano. But even the historic center of Vieste, too often ignored by tourists, deserves attention.
The guide service requires half a day.

The meeting with the local guide will take place at the tour bus parking located near Via Alessandro Manzoni. Along a Viale XXIV Maggio: a beautiful street full of shops, bars and restaurants, we reach Corso Lorenzo Fazzini or the city center. A few more steps and here we are in the historic center where we will find the ancient city gate in front of us. Immediately on the right a large staircase will lead us to the Cathedral dedicated to Santa Maria Assunta built in the Apulian Romanesque style.
