Pietra Montecorvino is a village in Subappenino Dauno, a little-known area of Puglia on the border between Molise, Campania and Tavoliere delle Puglie. Pietra Monte Corvino is a small village that is simply enchanting, so much so that it deserves the orange flag that the Tuoring Club assigns to the most beautiful villages in Italy. For those who already know the Puglia of the great cathedrals, trulli and Salento, Pietra Montecorvino will be a pleasant surprise. It almost seems to be in Umbria.
From the strictly artistic point of view, Pietra Montecorvino does not offer much: just a beautiful church and a tower. I suggest to visit it in partnership with Lucera
